I hope that you’ve had a chance to connect with your respective teams regarding the final assignment: The Team Presentation.
Please send me an eMail, as a team, to confirm that you’ve established your connection.
Your charge is to develop a group presentation, which focuses on the scenario assigned to your team. Essentially, it’s the business case that you will make to proceed (or not) with the proposed project. Effectively, you will be functioning as a Project Team that has executed the ‘Initiation Phase’ of the ‘Project Life Cycle Model’ (Page 4 of the assignment).
You’re only expected to present your findings as of the conclusion of the ‘Initiation Phase’ (not the project plan from beginning to end). To assist you in the project, I have attached a template ‘The Business Case’ which you may use to help guide you in the process (I’ve also uploaded it to the class Blackboard Site).
I’ll spend some time during our Thursday evening meeting to discuss the assignment and answer pending questions.
